Preparation and submission of three U.S. federal trademark applications across seven classes, on behalf of the Client. Please review, sign, and agree to the terms below.
Acromatico Inc will prepare and electronically submit U.S. federal trademark applications for two (2) brands — Midbank and TravelDRD — through the USPTO's Trademark Center, across the seven (7) classes directed and approved by the Client. Each class is a separate application record requiring its own conflict research, goods/services drafting, and specimen — approximately two hours of work per class. Only classes where each brand actually operates (or genuinely intends to operate) are filed, so every registration stays defensible.
Each row below is its own separate USPTO application — individually researched, drafted, filed, examined, and (if refused) re-filed on its own. That is why this is 7 filings, not 2.
| App # | Mark | Class (separate filing) | Field of use |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Midbank | Class 36 | Financial services — lending, banking, BNPL, crypto & financing |
| 2 | Midbank | Class 35 | Advertising, business services & referral program |
| 3 | Midbank | Class 42 | Digital solutions & fintech platform / SaaS |
| 4 | Midbank | Class 45 | Legal services — affordable legal-help offering |
| 5 | TravelDRD | Class 39 | Travel arrangement; RV, vehicle & toy rentals |
| 6 | TravelDRD | Class 43 | Vacation stays / lodging / temporary accommodation |
| 7 | TravelDRD | Class 35 | Online rental marketplace (P2P / LendRV-style — connecting renters with owners) |
| Total — 2 marks across 7 separate class applications | 7 filings | ||
MidPay (the word mark and any .me / logo variant) is not part of this filing scope or pricing. Because a third party holds a known prior U.S. application/registration for "MIDPAY," that mark is being handled separately by dedicated trademark counsel. Acromatico's scope here covers only the conflict-free marks — Midbank and TravelDRD — across the seven classes above.
The service includes: preparing each class application, entering the Client's information and approved goods/services descriptions, attaching specimens where required, and submitting each application to the USPTO. The Client is the applicant of record on all filings and will personally review and electronically sign each application before submission.
Re-filing is included at the same per-class rate. If any class is refused and needs to be re-filed, Acromatico will re-prepare and re-submit at the same $100 per class service rate — only the USPTO government fees are new (see §02C).
There are two distinct charges. The first is Acromatico's per-class service fee. The second is the mandatory USPTO government filing fee, paid to the government, set by the USPTO (not by Acromatico), and non-refundable regardless of outcome.
| Mark | Classes | # classes | Service fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Midbank | 36 · 35 · 42 · 45 | 4 | $400 |
| TravelDRD | 39 · 43 · 35 | 3 | $300 |
| Acromatico total — 7 classes @ $100 · you save ~$6,300–$9,800 vs an attorney | $700 | ||
Billed flat per class; due before filing. Fewer classes lowers this directly ($100 per class removed); additional classes are billed at the same $100 rate.
Trademark attorneys typically charge $1,000–$1,500 per class in professional fees, on top of the identical USPTO government fees. Across seven classes that is roughly $7,000–$10,500 in legal fees alone. Acromatico's preparation-and-filing service is $700 for the same seven filings — your savings: roughly $6,300–$9,800 versus using an attorney. (Acromatico is a filing/preparation service, not a law firm — see §04.)
The USPTO charges a base fee of $350 per class when standard pre-approved descriptions are used. Using custom/free-form descriptions adds $200 per class ($550/class).
| Mark | # classes | USPTO fee (est.) |
|---|---|---|
| Midbank | 4 | $1,400 |
| TravelDRD | 3 | $1,050 |
| Estimated USPTO fees — 7 classes @ $350 | ~$2,450 | |
Custom descriptions: +$200 per class if goods/services can't be matched to the USPTO ID Manual. Insufficient information: +$100 per class if a required field is missing at filing. Length: +$200 per additional 1,000 characters of description per class.
USPTO filing fees are non-refundable. If a class is refused and abandoned, re-filing requires paying the full base government fee again ($350+ per class); reviving an application abandoned for a missed deadline (where permitted) carries a $250 USPTO petition fee — these are government charges, not Acromatico's.
Acromatico's re-filing service is charged at the same rate: $100 per class. Only the USPTO government fees on a re-file are new and separate.
Acromatico bills USPTO fees at cost with no markup. The Client may either (A) pay the USPTO directly at filing using the Client's own card, or (B) authorize Acromatico to pay on the Client's behalf using a payment method the Client provides securely and separately (by phone or secure invoice) — never typed into this web page.
Acromatico Inc is a web and technology services company. Acromatico is not a law firm, is not an attorney, and does not provide legal advice. Filing a trademark application does not guarantee that the trademark will register. The USPTO independently examines every application and may refuse it. Acromatico will do its best to prepare and submit complete, accurate applications — but the outcome is determined by the USPTO, and no result is promised or implied.
By signing below, the Client confirms they have read this agreement, accept the terms and the fees, and authorize Acromatico Inc to prepare and submit the trademark applications described above.
